1、 Overview

This product is suitable for automatic gas locking and uniform feeding of dry powder or small particle materials. It is a supporting equipment for various material conveying systems and feeding systems, and is widely used in building materials, power, chemical and other departments. The YG type electric air lock is composed of a cast iron housing, a star shaped impeller, and a cycloidal pinwheel reducer. The use of star shaped impeller rotation for quantitative feeding or unloading, with no dust overflow during feeding (unloading), is a quantitative feeding equipment for powdered materials.

2、 Main features

1. Adopting a cycloidal pinwheel reducer, the transmission mechanism is simple and reliable.
2. The material of the air lock body is cast iron, which is resistant to high temperature and wear, and is not easily deformed during sudden temperature changes.
3. The air lock bearings and bearing supports are kept away from the housing, making it difficult for dust to enter the interior of the bearings and reducing the impact of high-temperature materials on the bearings
